SI unit of temperature is Kelvin.

symbol : K

As far as I know a unit for temperature or any thermal unit is not specified in CGS. So I believe it can be kelvin, Fahrenheit or celsius. Anyway most of the people say it is kelvin so i guess you too should go for that.
