In first quadrant X and Y coordinate are positive,in second quadrant X is negative and Y is positive,In third quadrant X and Y are negative, in fourth quadrant X is positive and Y is negative. For a point in the horizontal plane X coordinate is zero and for a point in the vertical plane Y coordinate is zero.

3rd quadrant- T- Tan and its reciprocal cot are positive.

4th quadrant- C - Cos and it's reciprocal sec are positive.
