2.1 Right to Equality.

2.2 Right to Freedom.

2.3 Right against Exploitation.

2.4 Right to Freedom of Religion.

2.5 Cultural and Educational Rights.

2.6 Right to Constitutional Remedies.

and recently added by hon’ble supreme court of India RIGHT TO PRIVACY.

above all are the fundamental rights guaranteed by constitution of India to a citizen of India.

Fundamental rights safeguard the personal interest of indian citizen, provide the fillings of equality, protects the citizens form exploitation , allow them to practice their religions , provide education to everyone ,access to constitutional law & maintaining privacy and dignity of a citizen.

If a person feels that his/her fundamental rights were violated then he can directly approach to judiciaries at any level.

Let’s go through some examples:

1 due to suspension of these fundamental rights in 1975 Indira gandhi’s reign emergency is referred as black spot on indian democracy and complete failure of constitution.

2. If your fundamental rights arE ceased then you will not be allowed to present your views openly , not allowed to practice your religion independently , you will have no authority to complaint about exploitation , government will not have liability to provide free education , society may be divided like during the reign of a monarch or a dictator.

3 IT IS DUE TO THESE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS SOME PEOPLE CAN OPENLY SHOUT AGAINST INDIA{LIKE IN JNU}(RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH)

4. IT IS DUE TO FREEDOM OF RELIGION WE HAVE SHARIA LAW AND ALL INDIA MUSLIM PERSONAL LAW BOARD.

5 . IT IS OUR RIGHT WHICH SAFEGUARDS WHAT WE EAT .

6. DUE TO RIGHT TO EDUCATION MANY CHILDREN CAN ACCESS FREE EDUCATION.

7.THE RIGHT TO EQUALITY SAFEGUARDS THE INTEREST OF DIFfERENT DEPRIVED CLASS AND NEEDY ONE LIKE FOR SPECIALLY ENABLED , MINORITIES , WOMEN,KIDS,and due this we have reservation .

8.A no of religion and their believes peacefully exits in this country due to right to freedom of religion.

imagination of a life without these fundamental rights where you can not speak , any one can exploit you, kids and women are not treated well, you dont have access to education, you can not raise your voice against government, media don’t have freedom, judiciary is under control of someone and you can not raise your voice is horrible and just worse than life of a machine,so fundamental rights necessary to let human beings live a better life .

“Mixture of fundamental rights and fundamental duties produces good citizens and good citizens contribute in development of nation”.
