IT MEANS THAT THE SPECIFIC APPLIANCE WILL USE 220W OF POWER AND 220V MEANS THAT IT WILL WORK ONLY IN THE CURRENT OF 220V IF THE CURRENT EXCEEDS IT WILL BE OVERLOADED AND THEN BOOM....!! ..I MEAN SHORT CIRCUIT XD
