There is a basic difference between the terms signs and symptoms. The signs of a disease can be quantified or measured where as the symptoms cannot be measured.

Signs and symptoms not always go hand in hand but sometimes these can be put together and can be seen in a person suffering from neurological disorders together.

Some of the signs and symptoms are:

● total or partial amnesia also known as memory loss.

● difficulty in speaking or swallowing the food and loss of balance or sometimes improper coordination of the muscles of the body resulting in inability to walk or do something properly.

● based on the location of the nerves which may get damaged during that neurological disorder a person might feel pain in the nerves related to the eyesight or hearing ability is odd even the taste buds may get affected by that.

Physical symptoms include undescribed pain, decreased alertness, difficulty in reading or writing, partial or complete loss of sensation, etc.
