parlimentary form of govt makes a country federalism type.. india has rigid and flexible constitution which is based on federalism and decentralisation of power bw various organs..however the parliamentary based system is somewhat same like uk. as uk has concept of sovereignty and in india we enjoy a limited edition restricted powers, federal system, fundamental rights , justice, judicial laws ..but in uk there is only ome executive which is subordinate and only one legislature
