Eating healthy and nutritional foods like green leafy vegetables, fruits,juices,practising yogas,walking, jogging, etc will help the teens in height building..

1. we can eat the food that have good vital vitamins to grow our height.
2. we have to drink because milk helps in the growth of our bones and teeth's.
3. we have to have a good diet so that we can get all the carbohydrates and proteins.
