What are the solution for the pair of linear equations x +3y = 6 and 2x - 3y = 12

we know that ;

x+3y= 6

where x= 6-3y

2x-3y=12 2x = 12+3y

x = 6 + 3y....i

If, y = 0 , i =

x = 6

2x - 3y = 12

x = 12 + 3y /2.....ii

If, y = 2 , ii =

x = 12 + 6 /2

x = 18/2

x = 9
