definition:disguised unemployment happens when more than required number of people work for the same job and if u even take them out the production remains the same.
there are many ways to overcome this problem of disguised unemployment
the workers may engage themselves in
fisheries
bee keeping
horticulture
pisciculture
moreover,
the government has launched many effective schemes such as NREGA
which is national rural employment gaurantee act in for 100 days of assured wage employment in about 200 districts. if jobs aren't provided they are given unemployment allowance.
also,
the landlord of the field may remove extra workers engage them in other work which is also agro-based.
