Govt. takes various anti-poverty strategies in our country:-

◆new schemes and polucies providing employement in rural and urban areas are launched.
◆the existing schemes and policies are made available and accessible to people in distant areas.
◆existing policies are advertised through Newspapers,T.V.,Radios,etc. so that people get aware about them and try to take advantage of them and get jobs.
◆more and more Multinational Corporations(MNCs) are supported by Govt. by building Special Economic Zones(SEZs) with world class fascilities, the advantage is that they provide labour (job) creations.
◆govt. creates Labour Policies which aim.s to protect workers' rights.

• Development of women in children in rural areas.

• Introducing National rural employment programs.

• Introducing employment assurance schemes.

Explanation:

• The government has introduced many schemes and programs for rural youth and women and children.  

• The different schemes are Jawahar Rozgar Yojana which is the wage employment program for the rural people, Prime Minister’s Rozgar Yojana for the educated unemployed youth, Jawahar Gram Samridhi Yojana for constructing the village infrastructure and generating employment and many more other schemes.
