Lennie's strengths include a fierce sense of loyalty to George, a strong work ethic if the job is simple enough and he is strong enough to do the work of two men on the ranch. Lennie's weaknesses make it difficult for him to have social contact outside of George. He misreads social cues which get him into trouble.

Answer:

Physical strength and Mental weakness

Explanation:

This is the general, surface-level answer... but if you are trying to look deeper, Some of Lennie's weaknesses are self control, social skills, and problem solving, but his strengths are loyalty and commitment to a concept. An example of loyalty is how he stands by George the whole story and foresees George in his future, his commitment can be either his commitment to his job, or his plan to have a rabbit farm with George.  His weaknesses are pretty much self explanatory and all tie back to his "mental weakness".
