Hello friend,
A good teacher should probably have the following strenghts(according to me):
--- should be good at explaining things in a friendly way
---should analyze the students and be able to create uderstanding of concept
---should always believe in open interaction , and try to be the best interactive
---should never do partiality among weak & strong students (because according to psychologists weak students can do the best if given moral support!)
---should take regular tests for improving the academic work
---should believe in UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU CANNOT , IMPROVE YOURSELF, U CANNOT PROVE YOURSELF (originally quoted by me only!)
Hope this helps...goodluck and thankyou!
