The structure of the plasma membrane is phospholipid bilayer,,,,,,,plasma membrane is of mammalian blood cells..mammalian blood cells does not conatin nuclei.proteins embedded with phospholipid layer carries aur specific functions in the plasma membrane...

the most accepted model to explain the structure of plasma membrane is fluid mosaic model.


ACCORDING TO MODEL PLASMA MEMBRANE consist of a fluid matrix of lipid bilayer in which protein molecules float in a mosaic manner or icebergs float in the sea.
