There are four techniques given by Frederick W. Taylor for the scientific management:
1) Functional Foremanship
2) Standardization and Simplification of work
3) Work Study
4) Differential piece wage system
These techniques include the classification of workers on the basis of their position in the working environment. Then it includes the grouping and distribution of work on the basis of capacity of the workers followed by analysing the work done by the workers. Then the workers are paid according to their performance and work efficiency.
