Explanation:

Stop throwing garbage in public places.

Stop framing political opinions via social media. They are too mis-leading.

Stop forwarding unnecessary and hate provoking messages on social media.

Stop using abusive words in every sentence.

Stop looking down upon India as a destined backward nation. Not everything, but we have achieved a lot in our 70 years of journey as an independent sovereign nation.

Stop over-glorification of our past. Our goal is to re-achieve that zenith of glory and not just to revel in the achievments of our forefathers.

Stop being gullible to communal cards played by politicians. All the communities know that they are being fooled by their leaders still they vote for them for some weird reasons.

Stop identifying as belonging to some particular caste, region, state or religion. How beautiful it would be if we call ourselves just Indian!

Stop blaming government for all your miseries. Many a times, people hinder development works.

Stop looking for freebies from government. They strain the economy and only increases our national debt in long run.

Stop being racist against Africans and North-Easterns. I know commenting on skin colour is just a common Indian thing with no malign intentions, but of late, this has started taking violent shape in some parts of India especially against the Africans and North-Easterners.

Stop hailing white foreigners as God or some standard race just because they were our masters at some point of time or because fair complexion has a good aesthetic appeal. Every one should be respected equally. An atithi (guest) is a guest, be he/she from any part of the globe.

Stop the habit of not teaching mother tongue to the kids. This tendency is seen in middle and upper class society of North India or Hindi speaking regions. Parents nowadays don't tend to speak in local Hindi dialects within home; Hindi and English have taken their places.

Stop pressurising children for academic success that too from an early age.

Stop taking the petty issues and disputes to the courts. They are already struggling to do away with the pending cases. It would be better for you as well to solve the disputes amicably and also a great service to the nation.

Stop defacing historical monuments. Writing your beloved one’s name on the rock or walls of historical structures won't guarantee an unbreakable bonding for next seven births.

Stop obstructing rail movements during protests or bandhs. You might not be aware of the harm you do to the nation by such non-sensical acts.

That's it.
