the three determinants which decides outcomes of politics of social division are:

(I) people's perceptions on their identities, we can take the situations in Northern Ireland and Belgians.

(ii)Depend on how political leaders raise the demands of any community.you can take Sri Lankans i.e, Sinhalas and Tamils.

(iii) Depends on how government reacts to the demands of different groups. For explaining this you can differ between The Sri Lankans and Belgians as we studied in chapter 1.
