people should see their identities as multiple and not to be singular.
2) it depends on how political leaders raise their demands of any community.
leaders should never present their demand in such a way that these could never be accommodate within a country.
3) it depends on how government reacts to demands of different groups.
govt. should never suppress such demand in name of national unity in any country.
