1:- length of wire
it is directly proportional to length, if length is increased than resistance increased
2:-the cross-section {thickness} of wire
it is inversaly proportional to thickness, if thickness increases resistance decreases, and when thickness decrease resistance increase
3:- resistivity of material by which wire is made

But in case of semiconductor , temperature is inversrly proportinal to the resistance.
