2-Block Level Panchayat: It is known as Janpad Panchayat or Panchayat Samiti. The Janpad Panchayat has many Gram Panchayats under it. Numerous village people are its members.

3-Zila Parishad: It is also known as District Panchayat. It makes developmental plans at the district level. It also controls the money distribution among all the Gram Panchayats.
