Various causes which led to the fall of mughal:

◆The decentralization of mughal empire ( into bengal, hyderabad, etc).

◆'Corruption' in nobility.

◆'Death of aurangzeb' 1707. later all rulers were incompetent.

◆British supremacy was expanding.

◆'Weak military' of Indian rulers, were not able to fight europeans.

◆'Romanticism'( rulers like Jahandar shah & Muhammad shah left their empire for court dancers).

◆The mughal treasury after the death of aurangzeb only shrinked , never expanded.

◆'Lack of unity' between local emperors in India.

I hope it help you.
