Heya,
There are three types of nervous system.
The nervous system of human beings consists of central, peripheral nervous system and autonomic nervous system.
1) Central Nervous system
Central nervous system in human beings is highly developed and consists of
(i) Brain
(ii) Spinal Cord
(i) Brain
It is the coordinating centre of the body. It is soft, whitish, larger sized organ which is protected by cranium in the skull. The brain is broadly divided into three parts they are forebrain, midbrain and Hindbrain. All this three types of brain have different functions in control and coordination in the human body.
It consists of 12 pair of crainal nerves.s
(ii) Spinal Cord
It is long, soft, whitish, cylindrical rod present in the nerual canal of vertebral column. It consists of 31 pair spinal nerve which arise from spinal cord.
It conducts sensory and motor impulse to and fro from the brain. It also controls the reflex actions of the body.
2) Peripheral Nervous system
The PNS comprises of all the nerves of the body associated with CNS. It consists of 12 pair of crainal and 31 pair of spinal nerve.
The nerves from the brain and the spinal cord connect the skeletal muscles and control their activity according to the directions and demands of the body.
3) Autonomic Nervous system
It is divided into two subdivision, sympathetic and parasympathetic
(i) Sympathetic nervous system prepare the body for violent action against abnormal condition.
(ii) Parasympathetic nervous system is more concerned with re-establishing normal condition after the violent act is over.
Hope this helps....:)

hey mate !!!
following are the different type of nerve system:-
1) central nervous system ( CNS).
1) brain:-
I do know that brain control all the function of our body it is mean coordinating part of our body.
it help in maintaining creative Idea , ability of decision making ,expressing of emotions.
brain also help in memorization as well be in touch knowledge about position in a space and many more .
brain also help in reflex action swelling sneezing vomiting coughing in respiration also.
these all function are performed by the brain and many more.
brain also help in reflex activities
2) spinal cord:-
it is a long narrow and cylindrical structure of the vertebral column which is originated from the medulla oblongata and end to downward.
a spinal cord help in reflex activities or reflex action.
which is generally followed by reflex arc.

2))))peripheral nervous system ( PNS).
1) sensory nerve:-
it is a type of peripheral nervous system in which it carry message for the reflex action or reflex arc.
it carry message from receptor to brain and spinal cord.
2) motor nerve:-
it is a type of peripheral nervous system in which it carry message from the message to the different body part about to do activities.
3) mixed nerve :-
it is a type of nerve which contain both sensory and motor nerve.
it conduct impulse to the effector organ.
for example :-
if we touch a hot plate then our sensory nerve act as messenger to the a spinal cord or brain.
after that a spinal cord or brain give message to a effector which is followed by motor neurones to remove the hand from hot plate..
this is also known as reflex arc.
means in a simple way we can say that peripheral nerve system followed reflex action or reflex arc.
3) autonomic nervous system:-
it is a type of nervous system which control the function of organ like heart blood vessels gland a smooth muscle etc
this type of nerve system help us from facing emergency situation for example a dog which Run for biting.
at the time autonomic nervous system active and allow us to run fast.
autonomic nervous system also control the breathing rate, pupil.
secretion of saliva etc ,
hope it helps!!!!
thanks
