The Fundamental law of Right to Equality equal for all all the citizens of the country irrespective of their religion, caste, gender etc.

The government has reserved seats for the Minorities in country. also 30% of the seats other than the Minorities reserved seats are for Women.

The Universal Adult Franchise is for all the citizens. any citizen of the age 18 or above has a right to vote and the person cannot be jugged on the grounds of caste, religion, gender, place of birth etc.
