THE TOP THREE QUALITIES THAT A TEACHER SHOULD POSSESS ARE ----

(A) he should be able to teach in an interesting way so that the students feel interested in his teachings.

(B) he should respect the students point of view so that he can understand where the student is actually lagging behind or his having difficulties.

(C) he should neither be too strict with the students nor be too lenient. Only then he can handle his students. And most importantly, he must be able to control his anger.

• Patience, its on top as children will be children. They'll ask questions, especially weird ones and are more intended to talk and gossip unnecessarily. Only if the teacher has that much amount of patience, he or she will be able to control the class else he or she will usually lose temper of oneself and will generally get used to give punishment even for tinniest of the mistake that will surely be offended by children.

• Second comes The Quality to make children feel happy and make them too interested in class so that they won't get bored with those theories and lectures and all. A teacher must get used to the fact that children especially teens are more stressed every time. Their mood changes in a flash and are not generally interested in studies. They are sometimes used to social sites and all but its the duty of teacher to make them understand about it, isn't so?

• Third is the most important of all that is Knowledge. No knowledge makes the teacher no less than a statue with no brains at all. He or she will just fake every time and are more intentionally attracted towards gossips. A teacher must have enough knowledge to face the questions of children and must have that potential of sharing it as well...
