- Hence, advancement in technology and material science is required to understand these natural resources to its full capacity.
Human Skills and Education
- Although our earth itself contains abundant of natural resources, but the resources itself will not tell their usage we have to explore such questions and answer ourselves meaning we need skills and knowledge to operate and use such resource.
