Two holes in the nose is called as nostrils.

Explanation:

Nostrils are also known to be channels of nose. They are used for inhalation and exhalation process.  Septum separates the nostrils. The deviation of nostrils causes one nostril appearance to be more larger than the other. The human nostrils becomes swollen and then it shrinks performing normal ultradian cycle. Humans have two extra nostrils at the back of nasal cavity.
