Position of hydrogen in periodic table is uncertain .
Some elements of lower atomic masses were placed after the elements having higher atomic masses.( In modern periodic table it is not a problem because elements are arranged according to their atomic numbers.)
Noble gases had no place
Could not explain periodicity in elements.( In modern periodic table periodicity is explained.)
Isotopes of same elements with different atomic masses were place on same position (in modern periodic table it is not a problem because elements are arranged according to their atomic numbers)
