The two protein digesting enzymes in human alimentary canal are

* Pepsin

* Mucus

The source organ for pesin is the HCL which creates an acidic medium which facilitates the action of the enzyme.

The mucus protects the inner lining of the stomach from the action of the acid under normal condition.

The end products of the two enzymes are regulated from the stomach by a sphincter muscle and released to the small intestine

I hope this is helpful
