Two types of self-testing activities :
- Locomotor movements:- Walking, Jumping, skipping, running, rowing, etc. This activity involves the body in motion.
- Non-movement movements:- Twisting, spinning, pushing, pulling, stretching, etc. during this activity, the person will exercise on a spot.
- An example of self-testing is reading a passage from your text, golf shooting it aside and then writing down the maximum amount as you'll bear in mind from the passage.
- Another example is mistreatment flashcards to check yourself on vital course ideas.
