The water conducting tissue in plants is Xylem whereas Phloem conduct food.
there are four parts of Xylem :-
(I) Xylem fibres
(ii) xylem parenchyma
(iii) vessels
(IV) tracheids

The tissues are xylem and phloem. Xylem is the conducting tissue that carries water from the roots to different parts of the plank like leaves, stem etc. Xylem conducts only in one direction, i.e. vertically.

The other tissue is phloem, it transports food made by leaves to other parts of the plants like roots etc. Phloem conducts in both directions.
