Hey!
The two ways in which nervous system communicates with muscles are as follows :-
> Whenever there's a sensation in our nerves, a message is sent to the spinal cord. Note that the nerves are all present in the muscles. They constantly produce some signals that define the movement in our muscles. The signals sent are processed in the spinal cord and the reaction is done by the muscles as for the response.
> The second way is through pain. Whenever there is a moderately high amount of tension created in muscles because of heave work or any other task, a signal again sent through the nervous system that reacts in the form of pain given in our body. If there is no such mechanism, we won't feel any pain.

whenever our muscles have to react to a stimulus then the sensory nerves carry a message regarding it to the spinal cord which then immediately processes it and through the motor nerves the message us sent to the muscles to perform the required action
so the muscles sending the message to the spinal cord and the muscles receiving the message from the spinal cord are the two ways
