i)Fried

ii)Cooked

While there are so many breeds of a fish.For example, Local Fish, Pomphret Fish, Cattla Fish, Macheral Fish, Rohu Maach, Elish Maach, etc.

The culture is totally different of pomphret and macheral from Cattla and Rohu because in earlier times pomphret and macheral fishes were found in the sea-side. This is mainly the diet of coastal side areas people.
