There are various types of debentures like redeemable , irredeemable / perpetual , convertible , non - convertible , fully secured , partly secured , mortgage , unsecured , Naked , first mortgage , second mortgaged , the bearer , fixed , floating amrate , coupon rate , zero coupon , secured premium notes , collable , puttable , etc .
