Hydrocarbons which have double and triple bonds are called unsaturated hydrocarbons.

For example : ethene, ethyne,etc.

The hydrocarbons which are formed by the formation of double or triple bond between carbon atoms are called unsaturated hydrocarbons.

examples:-

Benzene, ethene , ethyne , pentene , hexyne....etc
