hey mate....

here is ur answer..

Convex lenses have a significant drawback when used in optical applications like binoculars and telescopes. Light is often passed through a convex lens incorrectly, causing the image to appear with incorrect colors. Concave lenses are used in binoculars and telescopes so what you see is the correct color.

I hope it's help u

Here is your answer mate...

A person suffering from myopia or short sightedness can see the nearby object clearly but cannot see the path object clearly does short sightedness is a defect due to which a person is not able to see the distant objects clearly through he / she can see the nearby objects clearly . The myopia can be corrected by making the eye lenses convergent so myopia can be corrected by using a concave lens of suitable focal length .

A person suffering from hypermetropia can see the distant object clearly but cannot see the nearby object clearly the long sightedness person have difficulty in reading . Hypermetropia can be corrected by making the eye lenses more convergent this is done by placing a convex lens of the suitable focal length before the eye-lens .

Hope it will help you...
