Present continuous tense, which is also called the present progressive tense, is used to indicate an action which is ongoing and unfinished

e.g The baby is sleeping in the crib.

Answer: We use present continuous tense to describe the verbs which we are doing at the moment.

Explanation: ex. I am riding a bicycle

Here we use (verb + ing)/ (ride + ing) to describe the work we are doing at the moment
