It teaches us that we should live happily with each others as if we be Cruel no one takes care of our belongings after our death. People celebrate when a bad and cruel King dies. No monuments would be taken care of or looked after if we are not good from our heart.The monuments also get ruined and degraded with time. So as is happened with Ozymandias who referred himself as King of Kings.
