Nanowire electrical testing

MLD studies on nanowires have all involved the determination of current versus voltage characteristics of the devices. Top-down-fabricated nanowires are an ideal test bed for the MLD process as it is far more challenging to contact individual, bottom-up-grown nanowires than top-down-fabricated nanowires.
