myopia short sightedness
hyper meteropia long sightedness
use of concave lens for myopia and convex lens for hyper meteropia

It is a major problem. Either far objects are not seen clearly or near objects. studying near light for long periods can also cause defect .We should clean our eyes regularly. We should not watch T.V FOR a long time.
