between a high rocky coast and a low
sedimentary coast in terms of processes

1)HIGH ROCKY COASTS

-Shores do not show any depositional landform initaily

-Erosion features dominant

-Wave break with great force, against the land shaping the hill sides into cliffs

-Bars are formed due to materials which fall off and removed from sea cliffs

Eg.-West coast of India

2)LOW SEDIMENTARY COASTS

-Rivers appears extends their lenght by building costal plains and deltas

-costline became smooth due to occasional incrusions of water in the form of lagoons and tidal creeks

-Land slope gently into water of sea

-Marshes and Swamps may abound along the coasts

-Dipositional features are dominant

Eg.-east coast of India
