b) State and
c) Union.
In horizontal all the different groups keep check on each other for smooth functioning of the government.
Eg.India
VERTICAL:Vertical is a type of government in which the power is shared among three groups.They are:
a) Executive
b) Legislature and
c) Judiciary
In vertical all the three work in different levels but they don't have a check on each other.
They work on their own.
