4) ROUGHAGES: this means consumption of water and fibre is main in this nutrient. this helps your body to let your body waste out of you so that when you consume food next time you you can have pretty much space to let it in.
5) CARBS: this is also one of the main nutrient which we often consume in everyday life. in this nutrient especially central nervous system and brain helps to fight germs and nutrients
