Human brain can be divided into three parts – Fore brain, mid brain and hind brain.

Fore brain– It is the main thinking part of the brain. Areas are separated in fore brains which are responsible for hearing, smell, sight, hunger etc. Fore brain controls the movement of voluntary muscles like leg muscles of our body.

Mid brain– Mid brain has large number of nerve cells scattered which are involved in controlling voluntary muscle activities. Some amount of visual and auditory actions are controlled from this area.

Hind brain -Most of the involuntary actions like blood pressure, heart beat, moving of eye ball, vomiting, salivation etc are controlled by the hind brain. It maintain the posture and balance when webend or move.
