a. Participation is commonly defined as the act of talking part in some action. participatory democracy is primarily concerned with ensuring that citizens are afforded an opportunity to participate or otherwise be involved in decision making on matter that affect their lives .

b. Conflict occur when people ( or other parties ) perceive that, as a consequence of a disagreement ,there is a treat to their needs interest or concerns . participant on Conflict tend to respond on the basis of their perception on the situation , rather than an object review for it .
