The following are the five rights given to a consumer:
1) Right to safety: a consumer has all the right to be safe in the matter of purchasing goods and services.
2) Right to be informed: a consumer has all the right to be informed about all the details and descriptions of the goods and services bought by him.
3) Right to choose: a consumer has the right to choose according to his choices and there should be options available for him.
4) Right to be heard: a consumer has the right to raise his voice against any wrong done with him while purchasing the goods or services.
