What are the various types of paragraph alignments that can be made?

There are a total of four types of paragraph alignments that can be made. Let us describe each of them.

·····      Left aligned: All lines in the paragraph build up against the left text margins. It is also referred to as ragged right because text line does not line up with right margin.

·····      Centered margin: Means all lines of a paragraph are centered between left and right margin.

·····      Right aligned: In it all lines build up against the right text margin. It is just opposite of left aligned.

·····      Justified: It is actually opposite of centered margin because  now all lines of a paragraph are expanded so that they can build up against both text margins.
