The views in which fields can be deleted in MS-Access are datasheet view and design view.

Datasheet view:

• Datasheet view displays all the data like a table.
• Select the row which is needed to be deleted.
• Click delete button.
• Confirmation dialogue box will appear on the screen to confirm the delete.
• Click yes.

Design view:

• Design view shows data of particular column to configure the data in it.
• Same procedure in the datasheet view is used in design view.
