Here is how you can surpass pretty much every average people.

Walk once a day for at least 30 minutes.

Don't eat out more than once every two weeks.

Consume more vegetables - Most unoriginal advice ever.

At least, very least do 20 push ups every day.

If you are motivated - I highly recommend - lift some weights.
