What are the weakness of democracy??

democracy is based on the idea of deliberation and negotiation so some delay is bond to take place for any ruels and development. Whereas non democratic rulers do not have to bother about the deliberation in assemblies Or bother about majorities and public opinion so they can be very quick and efficient in decision making and implantation
