About 70 words from Indian languages have been included in the Oxford English Dictionary during Sept/Oct 2017.  Some of them are:

Annan, Anna, Dal, aiyo, abba, bhelpuri, puri.

Papad, keema, funda, diya, Devi, desh, chacha,

Chamcha, bhavan, didi, chaudari, bapu , belon.

Bada, bada din, achcha, bhindi, dadagiri, jai,

Mirch masala, nagar, Namkeen, mirch, nivas.

Sevak, sevika, Surya namaskar, tappa.

Udyog, vada, avatar, Ek dum, bhuna, adda.

Parishad, Bhagwan, Bhakti, bhajan, dicky.

Deshi/desi, badmash, bandh, dhaba, bindaas.

Hinglish, videshi, Aryan, Chakra, dharma, guru.

Nirvana, juggernaut, Pariah, pundit, purdah.

Bandana, bindi, bangle, dhoti, jodhpur, curry.

Basmati, ghee, kebab, chutney, bunglow.

Loot, chit, chana, chana dal, Cataraman, bachcha.

Mata, churidar, ganja, pukka, yaar.

Some words have multiple meanings.  Achcha means good and also an exclamation. Anna means elder brother and also used to address/greet another person.  Aiyo is an exclamation in case of being sorry.

So we could now use these words freely in English without hesitation.
