let the first no be x
let the second no be y
x+y=58
x=58-y
58-y-y=28
58-2y=28
2y=58-28=30
y=30/2=15

Let those numbers be x and y respectively.

We are given x + y = 58........(i)
and x - y = 28......(ii)

Adding (i) and (ii) we have
x + y + x - y = 58 + 28
=> 2x = 86
x = 86/2
x = 43

Now putting value of x in any equation will give value of y

x + y = 58
=> 43 + y = 58
y = 58 - 43
y = 15

So the numbers are 43 and 15

Hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️
